We sell our software using "try before you buy" scheme and expect you to try our product before you purchase it. Therefore the refund request will be considered only if product doesn't operate correctly on a customer's PC.
Refund is not satisfied in the following cases:
- Customer has not provided a test case of the issue.
- Customer has not provided a copyright owner legal statement of the test case.
- Customer has not requested technical support before submitting refund request.
- Customer refuses to follow instructions given by support team in order to make product to operate correctly.
- Customer has purchased product on assumption that it does something that it is not designed for.
- Customer has purchased product by mistake.
- Product was purchased by different person.
To request a refund:
Send us an e-mail with the following information:
- Company Name
- Contact Name
- Billing Address
- Delivery Address
- City, State, Zip
- Phone, Fax
- The E-Mail address entered on the purchase transaction
- Order reference number
- Reason for refund
No further information is necessary, but we would welcome any additional comments you may have so that we may improve our products and services.
